Director Juniel D. Sadiasa is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 18 years of extensive audit and administrative experience in government service. He has held various key positions at the Commission on Audit which includes the following: Supervising Auditor of the Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (ICFAO) under the Office of the Chairperson, Supervising Auditor of the State Universities and Colleges and Other Stand Alone Agencies under the National Government Sector (NGS) of Region IV-A, Service Chief of the Office of the Regional Director for Region IV-A, and Supervising Auditor of NGS Clusters 1, 2, 3 and 4 for the same Region. He also served as Service Chief of the Information Technology Services and Technical Services for Region IV-A in a concurrent capacity.
He was appointed State Auditor V of COA by Chairperson Michael G. Aguinaldo on December 21, 2016. Last December 16, 2021, he was designated as OIC-Director III by Chairperson Aguinaldo, and on January 24, 2022, he assumed his current position as OIC-Assistant Regional Director of the Region, while continuing to serve as Service Chief of the Information Technology Services and Technical Services, as well as Supervising Auditor of the ICFAO in a concurrent capacity.
Like his predecessors, he will serve as the focal person of the Region and provide audit supervision over all audits of local government units and national and corporate agencies under the jurisdiction of the Region. He will also assist the Regional Director in administrative and managerial matters and provide inputs on legal, technical, and administrative issues.
Director Sadiasa obtained his degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) in 1998. He also obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the same University in 2008. He completed his Senior Executive Development Program (SEDP) – Managing Self on July 14, 2014, SEDP – Policy Analysis on December 9, 2014, SEDP – Integration on October 23, 2017, and SEDP – Philippine Administrative System, Financial Management and COA Social Responsibility on September 30, 2019. He was married to the late Pamela G. Solanoy.
