Director Teodora J. Landicho is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 40 years of extensive audit and administrative experience in government service. She has held various key positions at the Commission on Audit Regional Office No. IV-A (COA Region IV-A) which includes the following: Division Chief of Legal Services, Supervising Auditor of Water Districts and Other CGS Stand Alone Agencies (SAA), as well as Supervising Auditor of State Universities and Colleges and Other NGS SAA under the Corporate and National Government Sectors, respectively. She also served as Service Chief of the Office of the Regional Director for Region IV-A in a concurrent capacity.
She was appointed State Auditor V of COA Region IV-A by then Chairperson Maria Gracia Pulido Tan on May 28, 2014. Last March 4, 2021, she was designated as OIC-Director III by Chairperson Michael G. Aguinaldo, and on March 8, 2021, she assumed her current position as OIC-Assistant Regional Director of the Region.
Like her predecessors, she will serve as the focal person of the Region and provide audit supervision over all audits of local government units and national and corporate agencies under the jurisdiction of the Region. She will also assist the Regional Director in administrative and managerial matters and provide inputs on legal, technical, and administrative issues.
Director Landicho obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accounting from Luzonian University Foundation, Lucena City, Quezon (now Enverga University) in 1979. She obtained her Masters in Business Administration from the Golden State Colleges, Batangas City in 1994 and completed her Senior Executive Development Program on May 17, 2013. She is married to retired Master Mariner Emerito A. Landicho, and they are blessed with two sons.
