A total of 12 COA Region IV-A (RO IV-A) employees have received their long-awaited promotion between February 8, 2023 to February 16, 2023. All promotees received their appointment papers and took their Oath of Office, as well as their Integrity Pledge before Regional Director Atty. Resurreccion C. Quieta, and witnessed by Assistant Regional Director Juniel D. Sadiasa and Audit and Government Accounting Division (AGAD) Chief Melanie P. Ruidera.
The new round of promotions certainly boosted the morale of the employees concerned and helped them advance in their chosen career. Among those promoted was Atty. Feliz Hughenio J. Lopez, Attorney IV from the Legal Services Division. He has just passed the bar exams last year. He was formerly a Training Specialist (TS) 1, assigned at the Professional Development Office. He started his career in the Commission as Administrative Aide VI at the Technical Services Office, Central Office. In 2017, he was promoted as TS 1 until he passed the bar exams last April. According to him, the promotion is both “a blessing and a privilege. It was all because of hard work.”
