On July 26, 2022, eleven (11) birthday celebrants for the month of July gave a lunch birthday treat to share their blessings to the COA Regional IV-A personnel. Former COA Chairperson Michael G. Aguinaldo who happened to stop by the Office was able to greet them personally to wish them good health and continued success.

In an age of social distancing as a norm, a lot will agree that the pandemic has left many people heart broken and hindered most of us from celebrating milestones that Melanie Lou G. Gannaban’s birthday wish was simply, “that Covid-19 will not affect my family in Isabela, it was so hard for me to visit them during the various travel restrictions, I truly wish for everybody’s good health.”

Ms. Gannaban currently assigned at the Audit and Government Accountancy Division, Regional Office is one of the eleven July celebrants which include five (5) extraordinary Regional leaders, of whom three (3) are celebrating their 60th birthday, namely: Regional Supervising Auditor (RSA) Marcelina Leticia B. Maquimot, RSA Norminda M. Irica, and Division Chief (DC) Melanie P. Ruidera, while RSA Helenito D. Lualhati, Jr. and DC Delveee B. Gaasis-Sacdalan are gaining another year of wisdom.

The small gathering was an opportunity for COA Regional Office IV-A family to nurture and celebrate a time-mark in the cycle of life. The rest of the July celebrants are: Zosimo M. Manalo, Alexander D. Paltao, Gibson C. Buño, Roberto L. Palita, Jr. and Hannah Pauline G. Iglesia-Armia whose fervent birthday wish is to finally get her much awaited promotion.

Region IV-A’s officers, Regional Director Atty. Rex Quieta and Assistant Regional Director Juniel Sadiasa expressed their well wishes to the July celebrants and teased them that their special guest is none other than the beloved big boss of COA, Chair Mike, who is one of the most considerate and compassionate leaders COA has ever had.

From all us, Region IV-A family, we wish you all a very happy happy birthday!
