The entire COA Region No. IV-A (Region IV-A) family is elated and thrilled beyond delight with the promotion of its very own beloved officials Regional Director Atty. Resurreccion C. Quieta to Director IV; Assistant Regional Director Juniel D. Sadiasa to Director III.
