The whole COA Region No. IV-A (RO IV-A) family shows an outpouring of love and support to its very own newly promoted officials, Supervising Auditor (SA) Elena L. Luarca, State Auditor V and Regional Supervising Auditor Sylvia A. Espiritu, State Auditor V who took their oath before COA RO IV-A Regional Director, Atty. Resurreccion C. Quieta on April 7, 2022 at the Regional Office.

     “After struggling for so many years, experiencing all the hardships and set backs for promotion, God truly works in mysterious ways and will grant your wish in His own perfect time. pag para sayo, talagang ibibigay Nya ng lubos”, says SA Sylvia A. Espiritu, whose last promotion was in 2007.

     “Don’t ever lose hope, keep holding onto your dream… always have the heart and will to stride forward and God will surely show you the path to success. I have now fulfilled all the milestones I’ve set in my COA career, I will be able to retire without any regrets and only joy in my heart” says our teary-eyed SA Elen L. Luarca, whose last promotion was in 1997.

     “A well-deserved promotion for our hard-working OIC-Supervising Auditors, now it’s official, they are full-fledged Supervising Auditors, Congratulations!” was the official statement from the Office of the Regional Director.

     We, in RO IV-A, acknowledge the effort, unending energy, relentless sacrifice and unrivaled skills of our seasoned officials. As RO IV-A reaches new heights, raising the bar higher with all its groundbreaking achievements, all of us would like to extend our well wishes for the future. Our heartfelt congratulations!
